Scatter Art!


Standing on the floor all around

Forty-one art works old & new

From Japan, China, all around,

by artist friends & U know who


newly framed or freshly matted

some of them from years past

wondering, wishing to be hanging

some from the wall that crashed


In a sudden explosion of old plaster

as men on ladders hammered outside

wires and cables bringing in the world

ripped down as the storm did collide


It was an attack inside & out

as if a target specially fashioned

a storm of madness raw & wild

that pushed its arduous passion


on to us, as did the workmen

fixing the wires back in place

even when the inside fell too

they said the old wall did disgrace


So now, if you would love to see

I invite you over for a visual play

eclectic and taking a sitdown to enjoy

or a gallery to enjoy the display!
