Holy Cow!

🐄  🐮 🐄 

Just saying it returns you to girls and boys?

sacrilegious maybe fills you with udder joys

Many of us started out on cattle farm

and had such fun in the cows own barn


there were the stables aligned to milk

that liquid beverage smooth as silk

that we drank each morn in cereal

indeed both earthy and ethereal


Yes indeed that milk is holy

not like a nailed up god son

bleeding for the sole soul of man

but for taste and holy fun


When we moved to town to heal

between a feed mill and a dairy

there we knew the delicious milk

from  cows loving as a sweet fairy


Yes indeed milk like all food

that sacred stuff, cooked or raw

you hope to always have enough

we work our lives to afford it all


So thank you dairy friends

looking so content in the fields

your calves a present even your 

very flesh does steaks also yield
