  Flute Fairy Dancing Under Poinsettias  watercolor, J.m.frase-White 2024 Gypsy Boy O that silly dancing Gypsy Boy Fell into a pot of grease Some say it smoothed his step Other said it meant he was deceased Somehow still the steps bounce on The rest of us see it as a laugh As if he’s just taken a funny A swinging tap step and a bath So that is how the passing child Sways into the adolescent mold Looking for someone to love To impress, embrace kissing bold For indeed love flashes forth Like the arrow from Cupid’s bow And on those wiggling dance feet That Gypsy Boy’s light begins to glow Indeed the heart shines A balloon above his smiling head And you know that greasy child Is far, so far, not at all is he dead That pot of grease is just glue That smooths heart and mind alive Indeed it fills his soul and body With Glorious happy teenage jive “Gypsy Boy” ©James M. Holy Cow! 🐄  🐮 🐄   Just saying it returns you to girls and boys? sacrilegious maybe fills you with udder joys Many of us started out on cattle farm and had such fun in the cows own barn there were the stables aligned to milk that liquid beverage smooth as silk that we drank each morn in cereal indeed both earthy and ethereal Yes indeed that milk is holy not like a nailed up god son bleeding for the sole soul of man but for taste and holy fun When we moved to town to heal between a feed mill and a dairy there we knew the delicious milk from  cows loving as a sweet fairy Yes indeed milk like all food that sacred stuff, cooked or raw you hope to always have enough we work our lives to afford it all So thank you dairy friends looking so content in the fields your calves a present even your  very flesh does steaks also yield “Moo to You” on 10 July 2025  © James M.   Nature Fireworks Again morning drapes its shroud Of fog overbearing so proud Hiding all powerful solar brilliance To wake in golden summer resilience 💖 O the kingdom of the weather gods Tell us with “I know it is so” nods The smiles beguiling as if we hide Behind the TV, never to look outside But yes you now can see the caress Of mother natures hills so blessed With green trees hinting of calm blue The gracious mountains surrounding you For here we are mother natures cover Like a blanket for us again to discover The world she has to offer us today In her own charming natural way The heavy grey arrives northerly in a boast Or rise up swinging from the south or coast Yet we do not smell the ocean waves Of Quebec winds bilingually so brave Mother nature gifts us every morn When we wake, to day light newborn It may be wet, or burn with new sunlight We thank you earth for turning to daylight Revolving as you do, faithfully turning round To wake us to the rain or sun we’ve found thank...
